| Owo some hard hour... my team and I are on a UTC-5 zone and are available to play only at nights (23:00) on the week or weekends nights as for we all study and work, cant we get a new hour more compatible for both teams

How about 4:00 OR 5:00 am CET? That would be in the night between 10th April in Europe and 9th April in your country.
